How long should my roof last?

The lifespan of a roof depends on proper installation, weather and material. Traditional single asphalt roofs last between 12- 20 years while slate and tile last upwards of 50 years. Thanks to durability, a metal roof will last between 40-70 years.

Does my leaky roof need to be replaced?

About Us

I started roofing when I was just a kid with my dad. He was fast, efficient and always took incredible care of each job. My dad taught me how to roof and how to build an entire house from the ground up, interior and exterior. By the the time I was 20, I started my own company, Contracting Solutions. At 25, I accomplished my first major life goal and built my own house. I've never looked back, just continued to grow and build my company with a great reputation for affordability and quality.

I've always loved to build and there's a great sense of pride when you look back and see what you achieved - especially when you see how much other people love it too.

I'm still building and I'm starting to teach my kids just like my dad taught me.
